Reworked the radar, now displaying all objects at once instead of relying on a full rotation check. Projectile traveling & tracking has also been improved.

I've also added weight and durability values to all the items! Your ship speed will change depending on the total weight of your inventory. To compensate for dealing with extra weight I also added a boost ability.
