Graphics overhaul update! (1.6 Release)


Update 1.6

Replaced all ships with higher quality sprites, as well as replacing the asteroid and space station sprites. Ships now also have more consistent colour schemes to make it easier to identify which faction they belong to.

Completely overhauled planet visuals, with higher resolution sprites and much larger planets! The defence systems have been swapped for stationary turrets that target both hostiles and passing asteroids.


Added multiple variants of nebulae clouds, now with 4 different types.

Improved storm and nebulae visuals with higher quality sprites and increased particle counts. Both can now obfuscate ships flying through it.


Added full key bind remapping! The starting tutorial and HUD ui text has been updated to reflect the chosen binds too.


Added spawning suns, ships that get too close will take sustained damage from the high temperature. How many suns you discover will be displayed on the statistics screen. An achievement was also added for finding one!


Updated the bounty system! Your bounty level now cools down over time if you stop attacking a particular faction. A pointer arrow directing you to the bounty sender has been added, and the delay between the bounty ending and the sender being destroyed has been fixed as has the bounty levels not considering new factions. The bounty level has been increased bounty to 6, making bounties less frequent.


Replaced menu background graphics and added multiple planet variations.

The full options menu is now available in-game!

  • Tick projectiles now slowly spread out.
  • Mine projectiles slowly drift.
  • Added notification for receiving/losing credits.
  • Fixed map zooming in/out while scrolling outside of the map view.
  • NPC’s can now use wormholes.
  • Improved glow effects with a higher resolution sprite.
  • Improved missile smoke trail visuals.
  • Moved bounty and swap weapon UI elements.
  • Small UI changes to the bounty level indicator.
